Surprisingly spacious house with a full walkout basement close to downtown Spartanburg. We were able to buy this house when it needed some love. We renovated this house after they moved out. This house needed love and we provided it that attention! We installed new windows, a new roof, new gutters, new HVAC, a new deck, new bathrooms, and a beautiful new kitchen. The original hardwood floors were refinished, and new flooring was installed in the kitchen, bathrooms, and basement. We painted the brick on this house and added a garage door to the carport. This was a fun project to see the transformation from a sad-looking house to a sparkling gem.
